MASHED POTATOES
AND CARROTS

Ground beef patty with onions on top of mashed potatoes and carrots

INGREDIENTS

DIRECTIONS

  1. peel and cut potatoes, peel and slice carrots. Cook them in a large pan of salted boiling water. The potatoes and carrots are ready when you can insert the point of a knife into them.
  2. Mash the potatoes and carrots. Add milk until the desired consistency. Add fresh cream, Laughing Cow cheese and butter until the mixture is creamy. Salt according to taste. Serve hot.

These potatoes are my favorite! My mom would make them all the time and it was a must for Thanksgiving. Now I make them since they are fast, easy and so delicious.
